FAQ – What if an item does not sell?

At In & Split LLC, we strive to sell every item that is entrusted to us by our valued customers. We employ various marketing strategies and utilize our extensive network to promote and sell items within the 30-day contract period. However, it’s important to note that while we make every effort to sell items, we cannot guarantee their sale.

In the event that items do not sell within the initial 30-day contract period, we have options in place to address the situation. Here’s how we handle unsold items:

  1. Begin a New 30-Day Cycle: After 30 days, if both parties (customer and company) agree, we can start a new 30-day contract cycle. This allows us to continue our efforts to sell the items for an additional period of time.
  2. Return Items to the Customer: If after 35 days the parties have not agreed to begin a new 30-day cycle, then we will return the unsold items back to the customer. We understand that customers may have sentimental or other reasons for wanting to reclaim their items, and we will facilitate their return promptly.
